New Year’s Eve Dinner 2015

Appetizer Trio-
-Black Cod Gravlax with Lavender Cracker and caraway cream
-Duck Prosciutto with mostarda and cherries
-Braised Fennel wrapped Scallop

Citrus Salad with Pomegranate, Pistachio and Mint

Choice of Entree:

Crab Ravioli-
Charlie Rehders Bairdi Crab and our own ricotta cheese wrapped in house made pasta sauced with locally grown herbs and cream

Seared Duck Breast-
Sliced and sauced with Red Wine Butter Sauce and served with Local Beet and Potato Pave and Caramelized Onions

Stuffed Portobello Mushroom
with Heirloom Grains roasted vegetables and local beet buerre blanc

Desserts:
Choice of
Roasted Pear and Brie with Malbec Sauce
or
Semifreddo Terrine with layers of Salted Chocolate and Orange and Honey. Sauced with Caramel and topped with birch syrup brittle



We are taking reservations between 6 and 8:30 pm, Dinner will take about 2 hours
Price is $60 per person, Beverages not included.
